The Braves organization, is a non-profit 501(C)3 organization that has provided youth sports in the San Fernando Valley since 1972. Consisting of all volunteers devoted first and foremost to encourage scholastic achievement and to provide a safe, healthy environment for youths to develop in both athletics and citizenship. Our program includes boys ages 5 - 14 and girls between the ages of 4 to 14.

Our Mission:

The mission of the San Fernando Braves Football and Cheer Program is to develop a safe environment and instill values and virtues that can drive youth to play a sport to equip them in today’s competitive environment.  To guide them in making sound and positive choices and coach them on a healthy lifestyle.

Additionally, we strive to improve the lives of youth of all backgrounds by providing a strong foundation of self esteem, community spirit, achievement and most of all respect. 

Finally, our board is committed to issuing our football players with certified equipment that meets today's safety standards.  As our goal is to keep our youth from harms’ way.
